Learning the Prototype of Shaolin Kung Fu - Ep. 7 - Flow & Speed
The second-to-last episode of my YouTube series "Learning the Prototype of Shaolin Kung Fu" is online!
Let’s go over the recipe for learning a new Kung Fu set once again:
✅ Learn the sequence
✅ Achieve good Form
✅ Add Force
🟩 Attain Flow

At this stage, the form may suffer a little, but it can be polished again step by step.
Also featured in the video:
Internal force training can be very diverse. While the exercises at the beginning of the set typically consolidate, or gather, Qi in the hands and arms, you can also shift the focus to flow, making the movements very fast, as I demonstrate in the second run-through.
Enjoy watching - and don’t forget to hit 👍! 😉
