
The "Shaolin 36 Leg Techniques" were once kept a top secret by Shaolin Kung Fu masters.
My Sifu, Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit, had the great fortune to learn all 36 techniques.
While they include many kicks, they also cover many other interesting things we can do with our lower limbs.

After a few months of a more intensive daily stretching program and practice, I have now recorded my own version of it.
